BizPortfolio™ Terms and Conditions
These general terms explain the basis of the service. An engagement begins only after the client accepts a service-specific proposal and agreement and the applicable initial payment is confirmed.
Portfolio selection
You are responsible for selecting the BizPortfolio™ service that best fits your business needs, with guidance from BizPortfolio when requested.
Information provided
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information and available supporting documentation.
Professional preparation
Your portfolio will be professionally prepared by Havana Trading Group Corp., with the assistance of artificial intelligence technologies where appropriate, and reviewed prior to delivery.
Scope of service
The service consists of organizing, analyzing, and professionally presenting the information you provide. Content and deliverables depend on the selected service and the written service agreement.
Fees
Service fees cover only the preparation and deliverables stated in the accepted proposal or service agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
Information submitted will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with the applicable service agreement and privacy obligations.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you may use your completed portfolio for your own business purposes. BizPortfolio methodologies, templates, layouts, and proprietary processes remain the property of Havana Trading Group Corp.
Professional disclaimer
A BizPortfolio™ is an informational and business presentation document. It is not a certified appraisal, business valuation, audit, legal opinion, engineering report, environmental assessment, investment recommendation, lending approval, feasibility study, or other certified professional report.
Information accuracy
The portfolio is prepared primarily from information you provide. Havana Trading Group Corp. does not independently verify or certify its accuracy unless separately contracted to do so.
Limitation of liability
Havana Trading Group Corp. does not guarantee financing, investment, business performance, regulatory approval, or future results. Any limitation of liability is governed by the signed service agreement.
Governing law
The engagement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, subject to the terms of the signed service agreement.
